My name is Theresa Tenerelli. I am a Shamanic practitioner, Intuitive guide, and Transformational coach based in Carlsbad, California.

Even though, I have received a lot of conventional education and certifications, my own path has been my greatest teacher, navigating loss of loved ones, grief, divorce, self-abandonment, sexual abuse, and more, with the knowing that I was meant to pass on the wisdom gained from each of them. As Rudolf Steiner said, “Wisdom is crystallized pain.”

My background spans adult education, executive communication, graduate psychotherapy studies, and over a decade of training in Shamanic Practices, HeartMath, Nonviolent Communication, Neuro-Emotional release, and Self Leadership.

Each of us is so beautifully unique; however, I mainly work with the intelligence of the heart, the body, and nature, guiding people back to their own truth, their authentic soul’s path.

In-person sessions and circles are facilitated with drum and rattle. Shamanic drumming isn’t just an ancient practice; neuroscience confirms it guides the brain into theta waves, the threshold state between waking and sleep, where deep healing and insight become accessible.
